Our internship and co-op program gives you the opportunity to gain real-world hands-on experiences on some of the most innovative jobs internationally. You will obtained valuable knowledge and work alongside full time employees and learn directly from expert leader in your field of study. This program is offered on a quarterly basis to students with Civil Engineering and Business Administration majors, with the following core disciplines: Project Management, Field Supervision, Technical Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Finance and Accounting.  We also hire students during the summer.


The Engineering and Finance Development Program is a three-year, full-time program for recent graduates that emphasizes professional development, achieving long-term career aspirations, and ultimately providing a successful career path with Dragados.
